TERMS OF USE OF FREE WIRELSESS INTERNET ACCESS IN RESTAURANTS Skarra

These terms (“Terms”) regulate the terms of use of free wireless Internet access in restaurants Skarra (“Service”) as well as the privacy policy of Skarra AD, a joint stock company, incorporated and existing under the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency under UIC 203418843, which company operates the restaurants under the name Skarra in Bulgaria. Hereinafter for brevity Skarra AD is referred to as “Skarra”. These Terms are binding on any use of the Service and apply to all persons who register to use the Service and/or use the Service.

I. REGISTRATION AND TERMS OF USE OF THE SERVICE

In order to access the Service on the territory of the restaurants managed by Skarra you need to register with your valid email address and tick the box “I agree with the Terms”, stating that you are familiar with the Terms and you accept them. After entering your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail message to confirm your registration.

II. DECLARATIONS

When you use the free access to the Service, you agree that you will not:

1. transmit or display any information or data, in any form, or engage in any activity, which violates any applicable national or international law or regulation, or that is intimidating, insulting, threatening, or otherwise unwanted;

2. send unsolicited e-mail messages (SPAM);

3. violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, or other statutory or common law proprietary rights of others;

4. transmit any information or data that contains any computer virus, or any material designed to interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;

5. engage in any activity, service or use any device in an effort to intercept communications of others or disguise the origin of any transmission;

6. engage in any activity in the nature of hacking, or to attempt gaining unauthorized access to any system or communication;

7. use the Service in furtherance of any fraudulent activity, etc.

The above list provides examples of prohibited conduct, but should not be considered exhaustive.

III. NO WARANTY

Internet access is inherently insecure. As with most wireless networks, information sent or received using this Service could be intercepted by another wireless user. Skarra makes no assurances that your communications or use of the Services will be (or will remain) private or secure. Using this Service, you further agree that Skarra assumes no responsibility for security of this Service, cannot guarantee the permanent operation of the Service and assumes no responsibility for any technical or other problem in using the Service.

IV. PRIVACY POLICY

The privacy policy explains the ways in which any personal information that Skarra collects or you provide will be processed by Skarra.

Skarra is registered administrator of personal data in compliance with the Bulgarian legislation and assures the personal data protection in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

The personal information which you have provided to Skarra while using the Service at the time of your registration, or at a later stage, is collected, used and processed in accordance with the applicable data protection provisions. Upon completion of your registration for use of the Service and the acceptance of the Terms, you give your explicit consent that Skarra may use, process and store the personal data you have entered upon registration and/or when using the Service and which you have subsequently amended/supplemented.

The purpose of collecting, using and processing your personal data that you provide to Skarra is the provision of the Service. Within the context of the provided services, Skarra reserves the right to use your details in order to communicate with you for the purpose of sending emails of measurement of the effectiveness of the Service, advertising campaigns, marketing and market research, pricing policy, sending information messages, promotional offers and materials, such as newsletters and catalogs, information about the products and services of Skarra, as well as relevant offers, announcements and other promotional initiatives which Skarra may undertake.

In the event that you do not wish your personal data to be used for the stated purposes by Skarra anymore, you may at any time object to the processing of your personal information and unsubscribe of receiving information about products, campaigns, promotions, etc., as well as other advertising and information materials and offers by sending an email to [●] from the email you provided upon your registration with a theme “I DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE ANY NEWSLETTERS”. In the same way, you can also contact Skarra in case of unauthorized filling in of your personal data by third parties as well as other possible problems.

You can request at any time to be informed about your personal data stored by Skarra, their recipients, the purpose of storing and processing, as well as their modification, correction or deletion by sending email to [●] from the email you provided upon your registration.

Access to personal data is only made available to authorized personnel who have to have access in order to collect, use and process the personal data as is known under these Terms. Skarra reserves the right to authorize third legal or natural persons to have access to the data strictly for processing purposes.

Registration for the use of the Service, as well as its use, constitutes an unconditional acceptance of these Terms, as well as prior consent in the sense of Art. 6, para. 4 of the E-Commerce Act for sending by email of information messages about the products and services of Skarra, as well as relevant offers, announcements and other promotional initiatives, which Skarra may undertake.
